Villa of 130m² for 8 people (ideally 6 adults and 2 children) located in the town of Saint Lucia. All amenities are nearby (supermarket, weekly market, butcher, bakery, press, doctor, pharmacy).
Ideally located 2 minutes from Fautea beach and 10 minutes from Pinarello beach with all water activities.
Close to the natural pools of the Cavu river, A Tyroliana park, horseback riding in the maquis and on the beach.
Fully air-conditioned house, large open living room (bay windows) on a loggia terrace of 25m² in the shade from morning to evening with summer kitchen, extended by another terrace of 30m².
Private heated swimming pool (8.5m/ 4.10m) with salt, depth 1m50 along its entire length, with lighting, secured by a bar tarpaulin, surrounded by an IPE beach of 80m² equipped with deckchairs and relaxation area. Fiibre. fiber Pool games and board games available.
Villa on a plot of 1000m² fully fenced and wooded, with a game of bowls.

Nous avons passé trois semaines formidables dans cette villa. Elle est trés bien situé pour visiter toutes les plus belles plages dans les environs, du Bonifacio jusqu´á Aléria, toutefois au calme absolu, les plages les plus proches á deux minutes en voiture. Elle est tres bien equipée, la piscine est super, on a beaucoup apprécié aussi le grill extérieur. La maison a une bonne répartition des espaces. On reviendrait sans hésitation.
