We had a wonderful stay. Sergio was an excellent host and communication with him was outstanding from the very beginning. His coordination, instructions, and guidance before our arrival were clear, timely, and extremely helpful.
The apartment was clean and well-maintained, and the bathroom was spotless. Throughout our stay, we felt safe, comfortable, and relaxed. The location was also very convenient, being close to Tolstoj Metro Station, which made it easy to reach Milan’s main attractions using public transportation.
The only downside was that the apartment did not have air conditioning. We came from Sweden and happened to visit during a very hot period when temperatures in Milan exceeded 32°C. The room felt quite warm at first, but after we mentioned it, Sergio quickly brought us a fan and did his best to make our stay more comfortable. We really appreciated his effort and responsiveness.

La camera con bagno esterno. Letto non confortevole, bagno con vasca a uso doccia con tende non igieniche, rubinetti molto datati difficili da chiudere completamente. Lavastoviglie con stoviglie non lavate e terrazzo inagibile perché da pulire
