We loved the views and peacefulness!! I loved the fact it had a regular coffee pot and not just the k-cups.
I didn't like the long down hill trek to the lake. We had 2 older people and that was hard to enjoy but we made it. And the drive we a bit scary especially at night. But we are from Texas so mountains are not our normal!!

The house itself, ease of access, communication with managers/owners, the location and the cleanliness. GREAT JOB setting it up as an Air B&B.
Minor critiques: The crunchy mattress cover and the chairs were not very comfortable (Kitchen Island and Dining table). One or two additional washing machine pods would have been nice to use for a load of clothing.
