Located in a peaceful valley just 1/2 mile from Mallard Cove Marina, this home is designed for a quite family getaway. It features 1800 sq. ft. of living space with multiple entertainment areas and is designed for comfort and relaxation with 3 Bedrooms, a bar/game room, living room, den with gas fire place, covered grill area, large galley kitchen with new appliances, coffee bar, two dining areas, and a huge firepit. It offers easy access with paved roads and NO need for 4WD.
