This beautifully - appointed mountain home has custom woodwork throughout. If you love to cook you will fall in love with the custom gourmet kitchen and vintage style appliances along with the large kitchen island bar where everyone gathers at. The large kitchen will allow everyone to relax and gather with the chef while meals are being prepared. The great room has wonderful cedar detailing with an authentic antler chandelier. From your outdoor deck and balcony take in the all encompassing views of Watauga Lake and the majestic grace of Blue Ridge and Smoky Mountain ranges.
There even is a secluded fenced in area off the side of the house where you can enjoy private views of pristine Watauga lake. The house is Pet Friendly with a $150 Pet Fee.

-Small Mouth and Large Mouth Bass

Beautiful view and very nice cabin. Really loved the big kitchen. Overall really really nice. You could hear traffic noise from the deck which took away a little from the out in nature vibe. Besides that felt very private and surrounded by nature.

We had a wonderful time for my wife’s birthday weekend at this cabin. Located towards the top of a small mountain we had a beautiful view off of the deck where we made a small fire every night. The fenced in yard was great for dogs, and everyone we met in Butler couldn’t have been nicer! Also Johnson city is a 30-40 minute drive, and has lots of shops and great places to eat. But our favorite thing was enjoying the house, especially the really cool kitchen. We can’t wait to do it again.

Cute place to calm down and listen to stresses fall away. I really appreciate the owner having 2-3 deer grazing on the property every morning. Wonderful morning treat.
