Wohnung war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Obst auf dem Tisch, Getränke im Kühlschrank und Artikel für Bad und Küche sind auch vorhanden. Die Lage ist gut und ruhig, Fußbodenheizung und Klimaanlage vorhanden. Schlüsselübergabe problemlos, die Verwalterin wohnt im Haus. Parkplätze gibt es genug vor der Tür, auch wenn man auf dem Grundstück einen eigenen Parkplatz für 15 Euro anmieten kann.
Alle Türen sind mit Glasfeldern ausgestattet, sodass es in den Schlafzimmern nicht ganz abzudunkeln ist. Die Wohnung ist im Obergeschoss und nur durch die Flure der unteren Wohnungen zu erreichen.

Die Vermieterin war sehr offen und freundlich. Schlüsselübergabe hat gut funktioniert. Bei unserer Ankunft stand ein grosser Rosenstrauss auf den Tisch Frisches Obst , Gebäck und Getränke gab es Gratis. Die Wohnung ist modern und neuwertig eingerichtet.
Essensgerüche zogen von der unteren Wohnung zu uns ins Obergeschoss. ( nervig aber wohl auch unvermeidbar im Einfamilienhaus) Der Parkplatz für unser Auto war eher knapp bemessen.
