A localização do B&B é excelente. É possível fazer a maior parte dos passeios a pé e o apartamento está localizado em frente ao Parque Florestal, um parque muito bonito e agradável. O quarto é muito confortável, água quente com boa pressão no chuveiro e no lavatório, aquecedor para toalhas e iluminação confortável. Também há serviços de streaming disponíveis com uma TV, um pequeno frigobar com água disponível, mesa e cadeiras, além de um armário. Marianne, Carlos e Luna (a cachorrinha deles) são excelentes hosts.
O quarto fica localizado no primeiro andar, quase ao nível da rua. Assim, em algumas noites, pode ser que o barulho do movimento da rua seja incômodo. Como sugestão, valeria a pena investir em janelas termo acústicas. O barulho não chegou a me incomodar e, em geral, cessou antes da meia noite. Vale dizer que é um barulho de alguns carros e de algumas pessoas que usam o parque.
