    Nice, easy stay at Hotel Ismael. The room was smallish but clean & comfortable. We had a small air-con issue at first, but the staff were really helpful & quickly moved us to another room. Breakfast had a good spread & the location is great….lots of eateries within easy walking distance. Overall a pleasant stay & we’d happily come back.

    Good downtown location. There is a roof terrace with a plunge pool, but no bar. However there is a bar downstairs and you can bring drinks up the the roof terrace and watch the sunset. Good breakfast. Takes approximately 30mins to get to the airport in an uber / taxi.

    Great location in Lastarria, close to good restaurants and bars. The room was perfect for us, hot shower and comfy bed (bonus for some movies in English). The staff were attentive and the breakfast was the best we've had in 6 weeks travelling South America.

    Our first stay in Santiago. Hotel is lovely., has an arty feel. Very good location and the staff were fantastic.
