The entry process went very smoothly and the location (for our purposes - getting to cruise ship berth) was excellent! The apartment had everything we needed, and more! We would certainly stay here again if/when back in Seattle.

location was great, just 600m to Chihuly Gardens and Space Needle. 900m to Pike Market Place. Plenty of eateries nearby to eat at. 500m to the Aquarium and Pier 66.
There was a small issue with the top blinds but management were very quick and efficient to try and rectify the problem.
Place was spotlessly clean.
Came with clear instructions on how to use and where to find everything in the unit.
Valerie, our greeter, was amazing.

The location is great if you want to be within walking distance to numerous restaurants, bars, the market and Space Needle. However, it can be a bit loud on weekend nights until 2:00 AM. The building seemed quite secure and safe with a security guard present at the entrance. Although we did not have a car, I imagine the parking spot in the garage would be extremely helpful in this area of town.
There were some issues with the cleanliness of the apartment. The rental company also requires a background check to rent this property. We had to meet with someone to enter the apartment building to get the FOB. All of the extra steps did not make it easy to rent, but once we were in, it worked out fine.

Great location and facilities were nice.
Blinds on windows didn't work and AC did not adequately cool the apartment. Access to building was more challenging than anticipated.
