Communication was poor with Vacasa. Stock email replies did not answer questions. Key check in details were provided only 24h before arrival. Incorrect access code was given. Had to take a tour of building to be able to get in the unit. Was not approved for 30 min late check out - which was 10:00 am - an hour earlier than a standard hotel. I will make sure rentals through VRBO are not actually a listing with Vacasa. Cumbersome and difficult!

Great location! It was very easy to get everywhere we wanted to go on foot. Clean and welcoming condo. One disappointment - the hot tub was out of order. Otherwise it was perfect!

Great location and nice to have amenities (pool, hot tub, gym, etc.). The place itself is outdated and poorly maintained. If you care to stay in a modern place without visible wear and tear, this isn’t it. Photos aren’t accurate. If you’re just looking for a place to sleep like we were, it works fine. Check-in was a hassle because we had to coordinate with someone to get into the garage and then walk up to the unit to get the keys. It’s close to the water and pikes place, so pros and cons.
