Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. 2BD 2BTH, can accommodate 6 guest (Max 7). Master- queen bed and work space desk. Spare-queen bed and twin converter chair bed, and extra twin mat in closet. Pull out couch to Full bed. Keurig in unit. 10min walk to Space Needle/ 10mins walk to Pikes Place. Grab a pastry from Macrina Bakery and stroll over to the Olympic Sculpture Park. Stop by Shiro's Sushi or Wasabi for Dinner. Lots of great dining experiences.
Top Floor Corner Unit Penthouse at Belltown Court. This 2BR/2BA will provide you with a luxury experience and privacy. You’ll love the mid-century vibe, courtyard-view balcony, and cozy reserved garage parking spot.
Belltown Court amenities include an indoor pool, spa, sauna, clubhouse, 24-hour fitness room, and a shared patio on the 7th floor rooftop deck with a BBQ, incredible Elliott Bay/Puget Sound views. Stop in to Macrina bakery downstairs for a splurge on the chocolate-peanut butter cake (You're Welcome). Easy walk to Space Needle, Music Of Pop Culture, Pike Place Market or Olympic Sculpture Park. 55in Flat Screen Smart TV, Netflix/Amazon pre logged for guests. Feel free to log in or add your favorite streaming site. Gas fireplace is super nice in winter months. Sofa Bed converts to a full bed to accommodate those with extra guest. A memory foam topper for the Sofa bed is available in the closet.
KITCHEN & DINING
Our Kitchen is stocked with all the proper cooking utensils and needs for having a home cooked meal on your stay. The dining table seats four and you are welcome to eat out on the shared bbq deck, or head down to the clubhouse for more space.
BED & BATH
Sleeps seven comfortably and eight if you just need to. Two queen beds, a full sleeper sofa in the living area, a twin converter chair in the bedroom and twin 5 inch memory foam that can be moved to the living area or main bedroom floor.
Main Bedroom has attached bathroom with tub and separate sink area. Tv in Main bedroom.
Spare bath has a walk-in shower.

Check-In Hours & Late Arrival Fees
Check-In Information:
Due to building requirements, all check-ins are completed in person to provide access to the key fob, garage remote, and a quick rundown of the property.
We will need to meet at the building to give you a brief rundown of the rules and its amenities. We will need to arrange a time between 3-5pm. Should you arrive early and want to leave you luggage at the unit, get the rundown, park and grab the Key FOBS, you can do that after 11:30am. Just let us know.
• 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM: No additional charge
• After 5:00 PM: $25 late check-in fee
• After 9:00 PM: $55 late check-in fee
• After Midnight: Subject to availability and a $100 late check-in fee
If your travel plans change, please keep us updated with your estimated arrival time as soon as possible. This helps us coordinate your welcome and ensures someone is available to greet you upon arrival.

This was advertised as a pent house with a view. It was on the top floor but definitely not a pent house w a view. One has to go to the communal space on each floor in order to have a view. The windows in the apt opened onto other apartments. Also, to have to put bags in the car in the garage, exit the garage and then find parking in order to run the fob back into the building was frustrating. I was looking for a scenic view for friends unfamiliar with Seattle. I would not have chosen this place if I had known they would see nothing but more buildings from their window. Very disappointing.
