Perfect location within walking distance to the waterfront, Pike’s Place, Aquarium and many great restaurants. This condo is clean and spacious, with a well appointed kitchen, washer and dryer, beautiful courtyard, pool and gym. Great communication and responsiveness from Toni.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the condo. We had a party of 5 and we fit very comfortably. It had everything we needed. The location was perfect! It was completely walkable to all the tourist attractions. The pool and hot tub were a welcome perk at the end of a long day touring the city. Parking spot underneath was great! We would highly recommend!

A very comfortable, well-located Seattle property. Very clean, secure, and comfortable. Close enough to access Pike, Space Needle/Chihuly with a moderate walk in safe surroundings. MANY good restaurants within 10 min walk. Just a few tweaks would have been 5 star: need more wash cloths, some tea towels, more quality blinds, some updated tables in living area, a hair dryer in both bathrooms (there was one but not two.) Overall, we'd definitely recommend!

Our 4 day stay was perfect for a visit to Seattle with the family. The location was great, with easy access to the tourist spots as well as great food. The bakery downstairs is fabulous, we went there 3 mornings! The unit was a good fit for us, the only negative was that the balcony was of no use as there is no seating. The welcome person was also wonderful as he showed us the unit, helped us park (it is a very tight space) and gave us all kinds of tourist tips for our visit.

Drove up to Seattle after visiting the Redwoods, and this spot was perfect for our quick overnight visit. Location was a convenient to two major Seattle landmarks: Space Needle and Pike’s Place Market. Although the check-in and parking information seemed complicated at first, the host was there to greet us when we arrived and walk us through everything. The apartment was clean and spacious for the four of us. We will definitely recommend this VRBO to our friends and family visiting the Seattle area!

This unit was the a perfect place to stay in Seattle. Walking distance to the Space Needle and Pike Place Market. Great restaurants right outside the door and a market on the corner for snacks, drinks. The only thing that I would mention is that the beds are not queen beds, they are doubles.

Location was about 15 minutes away from the Public Market, but too far of a walk to the convention center. The building was secure, where you need a FOB to access the building/elevator, but it was quiet and safe.

The location is so close to port we just walked the day of the cruise. The apartment was accurate to listing and very clean, we loved our stay here. We used both beds, the pullout sofa, and the matress pad on top of the foldout chair. Nobody had any complaints! I would definitely stay here again

I was very pleased with my stay! The location is excellent. It is a great place to park your vehicle and set out on foot. Pike's Place, Olympic Sculpture Garden, the Space Needle, Chiluly Garden, and more are within reasonable walking distance. There are many restaurants only blocks from the stay. It is a secured building. The apartment is lovely, tastefully appointed as described in mid century modern.The beds were fabulous! There are plenty of towels if you are staying for a while. Nice extras like coffe pods, shampoo, conditioner, etc. are provided. The shared out side balcony area overlooks the bay and is a great place to admire the setting sun. My companions enjoyed the pool and hot tub located within the building. I would absolutely recommend this as a place to stay while visiting Seattle! Just a note, the parking space is tight. I rented a midsize car. It was a snug fit. Security at the building is taken seriously, but I found that to be a plus.

We enjoyed staying here with family (all adults). It is easy to walk or take transit to lots of destinations. We also enjoyed the selection of restaurants nearby. The bakery (Macrina) in the first floor of the building was an excellent way to start the day. The apartment itself is well set up for two couples. We did have a little trouble with noise from the garage access alley at night but otherwise everything was fine. We also enjoyed the terrace- the view on a sunny day is terrific. Crystal was very helpful with suggestions for short-term luggage storage after checkout. I would stay here again.

What a great find! The location could not be better for walking to all the downtown attractions, and there were tons of delicious restaurants right nearby. The apartment was clean, modern, and well maintained. It was also very quiet considering its location. Even the pull-out couch was comfortable. The check-in process was easy. Weekend stay with our adult son. Belltown is perfect location. Can walk 10 minutes to Pikes Market or Space needle/museums. Lots of restaurants and arcade bars. Also enjoyed relaxing in pool/hot tub/sauna. Would stay again.
