Relaxing and cozy house with a massage chair; close to highways, beaches, airport and restaurants. Great location for day trips to Kennedy Space Center, Disney, and Universal Studios. Clean and spacious with all the necessary amenities. Cable, Netflix, Disney +, humidifiers, air purifier, washer, dryer, outdoor patio, grill lots of games including a floor pool/golf board and more. The property is nice, very clean, and the neighborhood is quiet. I didn't feel at all uncomfortable staying here alone. I would definitely recommend staying here, rather than the nearby hotels.
The only negative for me, and why I didn't give it 5 stars, was no reference/instruction booklet inside the property. I had to reach out to get the Wifi passcode and to find out why the water & ice maker are locked.(you need to make your own ice and filter your water with the pitcher provided in the refrigerator)
