Very nice home in quiet neighborhood. It was clean, A/C worked great and in a convenient location. Beds are comfy. Messages to our host were responded to immediately. Will stay here again and highly recommend!

We visit Palm Bay very often due to having family here. We needed a place to stay that was close to my MIL, shops, beach, etc. for an annual celebration and this was a perfect location. The home does not have a pool, but the Palm Bay Aquatic Center is less than a 2 mins drive which our kids loved! The home is definitely clean and we never had any issues with bugs or anything. I mean-it is Florida! We had our 5lb furbaby with us and having a fenced in yard was great. Due to storms in the area there were some power outages/breaker issues but calling the host was easy and we were able to get back on track. Recommend more towel racks in bathrooms for hand towels etc. The local peacocks in the area were too cute.

Great place and very quite and comfortable. Our pets love the yard and we hope to stay there again in the future when we visit our family.

Unfortunately The homes hot water system was not working for our entire stay. Worked for 20mins2, repair guys came out, one didn’t come back tge second one, Andrew said the water heater Needed to be pulled out.The lack of hot water really impacted our stay. My daughter is disabled and struggled using just cold water. What a shame as it’s a nice place
