This centrally located fully-furnished modern-styled home comes with an equipped kitchen and full sized washer/dryer with laundry detergent.
Simple blue-collar neighborhood 15 minutes away from the Beach by car and 5 minutes to Turkey Creek Wildlife Sanctuary. Easily accessible to Winn-Dixie and local restaurants.
Guest access:
Guest may gain access to the house anytime after check-in with deadbolt code. The house is setup completely for guest use and everything in the house is accessible to guests with the exception of the locked hallway utility closet. Guests are welcome to use the laundry room. Use the door code provided for your stay on the laundry door.
Other things to note:
We have a Mr. Coffee 6 cup traditional drip coffee maker.
The thermostat has a lower limit of 69 degrees to prevent the unit from freezing.

We were able to check in early, which was fantastic. The house was as expected, nice quiet neighborhood. It was close to everything we wanted to do. The only suggestion we would have would be to put shower bars in showers, especially the master bedroom bath. There is a small step down to get in the shower and both my husband and I felt uneasy getting in and out of the shower.

When my wife and I got to rental we noticed how outdated the facility was and we were not satisfied based on pictures. They did respond very well to our request and had another property that was suitable for our stay. The response is what saved them from getting a complete 1 star review.
