A spacious, comfortable apartment in a great central location that was perfect for the holidays

We had a lovely Christmas stay at this apartment. The space is spacious, well-decorated, and very comfortable, which made it a great home base for the holidays. The central location made it so easy to explore the area. Our host was gracious, easy to reach, and very helpful throughout our stay. It was a great experience overall.

Great central location Public parking nearby (with 4 electric car places) Rooms big 3 bathrooms and separate toilets and 4 bedrooms suits bigger groups/ families

3rd floor apartment (as communicated on the site) May not suit all Decor looking a bit tired in places (kitchen surfaces) but ok and functional

Good location, average stay

Location is 10/10 with easy access to all amenities. Good air conditioning. With a late checkout.

No lift, minimum toiletries, broken bed slats, outdated decor that doesn’t really match the photos, no hand-wash, poor water pressure in the showers and bad drainage smell. Lack of mirrors, no storage

We had a really good time in Cannes and will recommend the property.

Audrey was quick at communicating. The accommodation was conveniently located and tastefully decorated. There was a dishwasher, washing machine and air conditioning at the property. The top floor bedroom had an ensuite. There were three more showers and two more toilets on the lower floor.

The top floor sink had plumbing issues. The property is on the top floor so not great for those with mobility issues or heavy luggage as there isn’t a lift. Audrey did clarify this.

Apparemment spacieux et idéalement situé. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

Nous avons adoré la situation idéale et proche de tout. L'appartement est très spacieux et chacun a pu avoir son propre espace de salle de bain et son propre lit. Les draps, le ménage et les serviettes de bains étaient fournis et agréables. Tout était propre.

Petit bémol juste parce que l'appartement est au dernier étage sans ascenseur et que nous voyagions avec un enfant de 3 ans. Ça ne nous a pas gâché le séjour loin de là mais il faut en avoir conscience. De même que nous avions bougé certains meubles pour bloquer l'accès aux escaliers de l'appartement pour le petit.

Önellátó volt a hely, nem volt reggeli. Az elhelyezkedés szuper, mindenhez közel, ezért is választottuk ezt a szállást.

Amikor megérkeztünk az előre lefixált időpontban, még takarítottak. Sajnos csekély angol tudása volt a takarítónak, nem tudtunk vele kommunikálni. Ott hagyták a még tele mosógépet ruhával, és a szárítógépet is, tele törölközőkkel. Ami nagyon nem tetszett, hogy a lakás csupa piszok. Piszkosak voltak a fürdők (emeleten a tus vastagon penészes!!!) a padlóra jobb nem lépni mezítláb..... Nem tűnt az ágynemű sem frissen mosottnak, ugyanígy a törölközők sem. Az elutazás időpontjában semmilyen rugalmasságot nem tapasztaltunk. A lakás elhelyezkedése nagyon jó, de a fotók az oldalon erősen szépítettek a valósághoz képest. Utólag még hozzáteszem, hogy túl erősen védekezik a tulajdonos, de nem bántani szeretnénk, hanem segíteni a hozzászólással. Igen, az ottlétünk alatt nem kerestük, mert a nyaralásunk fontosabb volt, mindent megoldottunk magunk. Nincs probléma, csupán segítő szándék, hogy még jobb legyen az értékelés, mert a hely megérdemelné, hogy hibátlan legyen <3

Jól ereztük magunkat a szálláshelyen.

Jo helyen van. A szobák tágasak.

Közvetlen egy halbolt mellett van, a szag egy kicsit kellemetlen. Nagyon jo helyen van, ezert viszont zajos is egy kisse. A konyha felszerelese főzéshez kissé hiányos.
