ONLY TWO BATHROOMS!!!!!!

We stayed here for 10 days. Please make a note that the Villa is NOT having 3 bathrooms as listed in Booking.com but just 2, One is in the master bedroom and the other must be shared by the remaning two bedrooms. When complaining on place we were ignored, so we had to take the issue directly with booking. The air conditioners are very noisy, which made it impossible to sleep with AC on, as outside temperatures are very high.

Nice Pool Villa, BUT...

The Pool Villa is located at the end of a quiet street, location is very good for going around Krabi. Pool is nice and clean, outside area has a nice structure and flowers that look nice. Carport for car or motos. Bird was the host, she did a fantastic job of helping with check in, renting motos and booking tours!

Now the BUT... we paid around 43500 THB for 8 nights (~1100€) which is a lot for Thailand. When we arrived there was a construction for a new house just left of our Villa. Bird told me there is some noise, I thought it's only for one day, so no problem. BUT the construction went on for EVERY SINGLE DAY FROM MORNING TO LATE!! Despite being away all the time, it was noisy when we came back or slept out (haha, what a joke...) and that's just not acceptable during vacation. Nobody offered a discount for that, that's really bad for such a high price! I would at least offer a 25% discount and inform the guests about that issue BEFORE THEY BOOK so they can still choose a different location. Also the noise from the A/C in the master bedroom is extremely loud, because all the equipment is located just at the backside of the house where that room is located. A/C doesn't cool properly as well in the master bedroom...

Amazing villa! Great time spent.

Amazing layouts with a reasonable size enjoyable swimming pool. I love the fact that it's near krabi walking street, easily accessible to 7/11 and bars 🍻. The villa was clean and tidy, well maintained. Amazing backyard. The host was welcoming and friendly. Worth the time we travelled from Malaysia, definitely a place that we'll come back to. Highly recommended.

The master room had some sort of unpleasant smell/odor.

Genieten in de luxueuze Duangtham pool villa!

Wij verbleven +/- 3 weken in deze mooie en zeer ruime villa. De villa was nóg luxueuzer dan we gedacht hadden! Ze is gelegen op wandelafstand van de drukke straat met de restaurantjes (bij de moskee), het strand is te voet wat ver. De villa is mooi ingericht en goed uitgerust. De poetsvrouw komt regelmatig langs om te poetsen en de lakens te verversen. Airconditioning is aanwezig in de woonkamer en de slaapkamer, maar er is ook nog een gewone ventilator voor wie dat te fris vindt. In de keuken is al het mogelijke materiaal aanwezig om te koken (tot een airfryer, broodrooster, waterkoker, mixer en frietketel toe), de 2 badkamers zijn dik in orde (met goede douches en voldoende warm water). Wij gebruikten de master bedroom: het bed was heel comfortabel en er is een handige kleerkast om kleding op te bergen. Af en toe verfrissing zoeken in het prachtige zwembad is heel aangenaam, en het zwembad heeft een bubbelbadfunctie om te relaxen. Er komt regelmatig iemand langs om het zwembad te onderhouden. Achter de villa ligt een mooie tuin, die je deelt met de villa ernaast. Je vindt er ook een wasmachine en een droogrek, handig als je bij thuiskomst niet met bergen was geconfronteerd wenst te worden. ;-) De eigenaar is een heel vriendelijke man, hij kwam persoonlijk langs om ons een taartje voor Halloween te bezorgen! Voor het dagelijks beheer van de villa kan je terecht bij een gastvrouw.

We misten vooral relaxstoelen: ligstoelen aan het zwembad en een comfortabele stoel in de tuin. Bij navraag bij onze gastvrouw B. bleken we samen 1 yogamatje te moeten gebruiken om te liggen bij het zwembad: dit is niet wat wij verwachtten bij zo'n mooie villa! Ook in de tuin hadden we liever wat comfortabeler kunnen chillen dan op de houten planken, dus hebben we de tuin niet benut... Hoewel het terrein rond de villa goed omheind is, zijn er toch verschillende camera's aanwezig op het terrein, ook bij het zwembad. Wij zijn op onze privacy gesteld en vonden dit minder aangenaam.
