Loved the location, view, confidante bed and lovely staff.

Veldig hyggelig personale. På hotellet selger vi også smoothie og all slags type drikke og sandwich. Personalet hjelper deg med å booke billetter til WinWorld. Det kommer også med praktisk informasjon. Personalet fulgte oss til bussen. Det er stille om kvelden og det ligger veldig sentralt i Grand World. Det ligger rett ved siden av nattmarkedet. God aircondition og flotte rom til en god pris. Kommer gjerne tilbake!

The location is amazing. Right in the middle of the grand world area. Stumbling distance from the night market and myriad of restaurants and other attractions. The room was very cosy. But the highlight was the warm welcome I received from the management, who was exceptionally nice and helpful. Such amazing people. I wish I could have stayed longer. I highly recommend Xan Hotel to travellers on a budget looking for 5 star experience.

The room was lovely and clean.

The entrance isn't clear, and when you are inside you realise that the owners/housekeepers spend most of their time downstairs in the cafe, which I'm not sure if it serves food or drink. The windows were open, which allowed birds to fly in, which isn't very hygienic. They advertise as beachfront, and the pin on this app shows that it is on the beach, but it's a 10 minute walk. Very deceiving
