We had a wonderful stay at Casa Vacanze Via Giulia in Sulmona. Roberta, our gracious host was extremely friendly, welcoming, accommodating and always helpful with anything we needed. She even helped to bring our luggage into the apartment! Communication before and during our stay was excellent and made everything easy and stress-free.
The apartment itself was immaculate, very comfortable, spacious and well cared for. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, and we especially appreciated how clean and inviting it felt. It is located on the first floor so access to the apartment is easy with only a few stairs to climb. The location was excellent, with convenient on-premises parking and easy walking distance to the historic centre, restaurants, shops, and other amenities.
The included breakfast was a lovely added touch and made our mornings even more enjoyable. We have stayed at Roberta’s apartment two years in a row, and it will definitely be our go-to place whenever we visit Sulmona. We would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay!

VERY very clean and smelled nice.
Lots of kitchen basics to cook, eat.
Roberta was extremely kind to leave several boxes of milk, croissants, cookies, coffee, etc. for us which was wonderful.
There are great blackout automatic shades throughout the home.
The neighbors in the building are very friendly.
Roberta is so very kind and I would highly recommend her apartment.
The neighbor directly above wearing high heeled shoes every night was a very noisy especially late at night.
The mattress in the master bedroom is hard and uncomfortable, unfortunately.
You do need to walk or drive to the laundromat to do your laundry as there isn’t one in the apartment.

The apartment was spacious, very clean, warm and conveniently located for both the autostrada and Sulmona Centro. Thoughtful touches like milk, good coffee, jams and spreads, croissants on arrival. Highly recommend
