The location, the kitchen, and the bedroom were nice, as expected. In the kitchen there was a lot of useful stuff, you could cook, wash your clothes etc.

The bathroom needs some work.

Would benefit with a lamp in the bedroom Didn't know that hot water was via a boiler that had to be turned on in advance so had to plan for showers etc Would have benefitted from extra sheets

The neighbours were friendly people, the apartment was cozy and central, the lift was a godsend.

It was fine for what we needed.

Frustrating Experience – Poor Service and Zero Accountability This was one of the worst stays we've had — completely mismanaged from start to finish. The listing said parking was available, but after booking, Flat Manager told us there was actually no parking and sent a list of paid parking nearby in a Blue Zone (max 2hr stay). Misleading and incredibly inconvenient. After a 6-hour drive, we arrived at 12:00 for self-check-in — only to find no keys in the safety box. We called the emergency number and were asked to send a photo of the empty box (which we did immediately by email and WhatsApp). Despite confirming multiple times, we kept getting follow-ups asking if we sent it. Meanwhile, we were just standing outside waiting with no solution in sight. Eventually, they moved us to a different apartment. The following day, we had to call them ourselves at 10:30 as no one had reached out. We were told they hadn’t yet checked the status of the original apartment. At this point, it felt ridiculous — no guest should have to chase down information about where they'll be sleeping that night. After more delays, we were told we needed to move again. This disrupted our day completely, wasting 2–3 hours and forcing us to rearrange our schedule. We expressed our dissatisfaction and asked for compensation. The representative claimed we were “already compensated” — which simply isn’t true. We received a service we paid for, and a poor one at that. We requested and were promised a call from a manager on Monday. It’s now been 10 days and no one has contacted us. The following days we received 5% refund for all the stress, wasted hours, and a poorly maintained apartment? Insulting. Eventually, they moved us to the original apartment, which was in terrible condition: bugs on the floor, broken sockets, a dirty bed, ill-fitting sheets, and a TV hanging sideways. We have photos of everything. We also own rental properties and had considered working with Flat Manager - no chance!
