To be honest all of it, the balcony was kitted out with chairs, the dorm was clean, the staff were friendly and chatty.
They didn't have curtains for the beds, but that's not a big deal at all. It's a dorm after all.

Beds were alright but dorms were quite large. Lots of bathrooms so no need to wait! Close to a 7 eleven
the lockers are outside of the dorm and directly on the street so it doesn’t feel very safe
