Gostei de tudo. A localização é excelente e o apartamento é extremamente confortável, fazendo-nos sentir em casa desde o primeiro momento. Tudo funciona perfeitamente, a casa é muito limpa, bem cuidada e com um cheiro agradável. A anfitriã foi sempre muito disponível, simpática e atenciosa. Foi uma estadia impecável.

Não tenho nenhum ponto negativo a apontar. Tudo correspondeu às expectativas.

Location is good and the host (whom we had never met in person) was very responsive and allowed us to do the check-in a few minutes before 14:00. They also provided recommendations of places and services

The place is acceptable in theory. We knew we were booking a classic-style apartment, not something new or modern. However, the overall feeling is that everything needs renovation, if not outright replacement. The pillow smelled of sweat, the bed was uncomfortable, and the sofa was covered in stains—the sofa was so dirty it felt disgusting to sit on. The kitchen is like a cave, uninviting and unpleasant, with a persistent musty, old smell. The hair dryer didn’t work properly—it even blew out white dust when I turned it on, forcing me to wash my hair again. And of course, there wasn’t enough shampoo for three people staying three days: just three tiny shampoo and shower gel sachets left in our bathroom. You pay nearly the same price as a hotel—sometimes even more—for far fewer services and more restrictions. Here, they don’t make the bed, don’t allow you to leave luggage after check-in (forcing you to pay extra for storage elsewhere), and of course, there’s no complimentary coffee or water. Yet they’re clearly making good money off tourists who still think a rental apartment is a better option than a hotel. We only stayed because we were traveling with a friend (three of us total) and thought an apartment would be more convenient than two hotel rooms. Now, I regret that decision
