The location of the apartment was fabulous - busy area during the day, quiet at night! We were in walking distance from all the main sites. There are lots of restaurants nearby and a full grocery store only 10 minute walk away. The apartments themselves were clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Getting into the apartments was easy with the code provided.
Unfortunately construction began on the apartment above us while we were there which caused a bit of mess in one of the apartments...not in the control of the owner, timing was just unfortunate.

Tudo de bom, localização, facilidade de transporte, proximidade dos pontos turísticos, restaurantes, compras, mercados, espaço do apartamento, 2 banheiros e maquina de lavar ajudam demais p quem vai com mais pessoas.
O barulho vindo da rua incomodou um pouco, especificamente no quarto de frente para rua, uma janela acústica resolveria o problema. De resto é uma excelente hospedagem.

Location excellent. Good showers, comfortable beds. Friendly and communicative hosts. Ideal if eating out all the time, and not somewhere you'd want to do more than sleep in.
Cleanliness was poor - dusty, fluff around. Kitchen poorly stocked for knives etc - but we ate out all the time so didn't matter. Photos make it look grander than it is. Not enough communal sitting space for the number of people the apartment sleeps - you'd never get 6 people around the kitchen table, and there's nowhere else you could sit.
