We had an excellent stay at DEZA Ripetta Serendipity, Rebirth and Love. The location is simply outstanding—arguably one of the best in Rome. Many of the city's major attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas are within walking distance, making it an ideal base for exploring the city. The apartment was comfortable, well-maintained, and provided everything we needed for our stay.
The only issue we encountered was with one of the bathrooms. When using the shower, a significant amount of water leaked onto the floor because the shower door did not adequately contain the water. This appears to be a simple maintenance issue that could likely be resolved with a minor adjustment or repair.

Der unangenehme Geruch im Treppenflur, im Bad waren die Amaturen undicht (Dusche und Waschbecken), Toilettensitz hat geklemmt, Handtuchhalter war verrostet, zwischenzeitlich kaltes Wasser aber support hierzu war gut :)

La ubicación es buena, el departamento es muy lindo
El sofá cama no era muy cómodo y todos los días tuve problemas con el calefon, se apagaba.

Πολύ άνετο διαμέρισμα, σε άριστη τοποθεσία τέλειο για μεγάλη παρέα.
Υπάρχουν κάποιες φθορές στη ντουζιέρα και στη μπανιέρα και πολλά από τα φωτιστικά δαπέδου δεν λειτουργούσαν όπως και οι λάμπες στο υπνοδωμάτιο. Λίγη περισσότερη φροντίδα στην απλή συντήρηση του σπιτιού.
