The location was excellent all attractions were within walking distance. The access was safe and secure.

The air conditioning in the living area didn’t work. The towels were shabby and needed replacing. Could have used a t towel in the kitchen area.

Location was amazing! Great facilities. Air con wasnt working however a unit was provided and we were given top tips to keep the apartment as cool as possible.

Bedrooms quiet and dark, good location if you like chain store shopping, not far from Metro station.

The apartment wasn’t ready when we arrived at check in time, we were told to come back in an hour and a half so they could clean it. Once we could get in, the apartment stunk of horrible strong cleaning products, we had to open windows to air it out. Wifi is useless every day between 4:30pm-8:30pm. Mould in the washing machine. Mould in the showers. Bidets stunk of sewerage all week. Fabric couch and dining chairs are completely stained-they either need a good deep clean or reupholstering, or at least put something over them. Dining table chipped and worn. Kitchen needs dish cloths, and a scourer. Scratched, non stick frypan. Beds and pillows too hard.
