Consisting of a complex of 2 apartments, ideal for larger groups of friends and families, this apartment is a very beautiful and modern place, with classic and ancient Greek elements that can accommodate 9 guests. This apartment can also be rented out together with apartment "Golden Seaside House number 2" for larger groups and families. By renting the apartments together, guests will have use of all the facilities combined and can therefore accommodate 15 guests. Seaview from the front balcony. At the back of the house from the balconies you can enjoy the mountain with pine trees, the largest oxygen lung of Attica. Access to super market and market in very close proximity. Access to quiet beach in just 5 minutes on foot walk.

Ground floor maisonette, 1st and 2nd floor,with a beautiful garden, 1.5 acres with ornamental trees and plants, with a main entrance and two garagedoors. On the ground floor there is a large kitchen,fully equipped, 1 bathroom and balcony with view. On the 1st floor there is a very large living room, with a corner sofa that becomes a double bed, 2 large bedrooms, 1 large bathroom and a veranda with sea and mountainviews. On the 2nd floor there is a large living room with office and computer , a bedroom with 1 bathroom, also balconies with sea and mountainview. You can visit nearby organized beaches in a 500m radius. MAISONETTA HAS A TOTAL OF 6 TVs and 5 air-conditions.
