The traditional 30m2 apartment was renovated and furnished, keeping the original design with wooden floor and ceiling, light and airy, in a historic but quiet area of Lisbon, 300m from the Santa Catarina viewpoint.
The kitchen is equipped with a cooking plate, oven, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, and other utilities.
There is a living area with a sofa, a flat-screen TV and a small balcony where you can relax after a day in the city.
The bedroom comes with a comfortable bed with hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.
The bathroom is equipped with all you need for your stay.
Free Wi-Fi is available in all areas of the apartment. However, while the service is available, it may not be ideal for streaming or remote work activities.
Towels and bed linen are provided for your stay.
Service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for your convenience.

There are some close by attractions such as Jardim do Príncipe Real, Convento dos Cardaes or the Geological Museum of Portugal.
There are also many restaurants and shops within a walking distance.
Close to several public transports:
- 28E (famous electric bus)
- Metro CHIADO,
- Urban train to CASCAIS,
- Urban train to Sintra
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

**Pros:**
The location was excellent! It was just a short walk to a mini supermarket, as well as a variety of great coffee shops and restaurants. Plus, we were only a few minutes away from popular tourist attractions and central areas, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the neighborhood. The place, and the floors, felt clean upon arrival.
**Cons:**
The property could use some basic maintenance and repairs. For example, the floor lamp by the sofa was broken, and the sofa covers, which were white, had some noticeable stains and could use a thorough clean. We also found that there were only two rolls of toilet paper for our three-night stay, which wasn’t sufficient. While there was a coffee machine and filters provided, it would have been nice to have some coffee available for guests to avoid buying a whole bag for a short visit. Additionally, there was no laundry machine on-site, but there was a laundromat just down the street. It would be a thoughtful touch to provide umbrellas for guests, especially since we were coming from abroad and faced rainy weather. Lastly, the bed was missing a top sheet, which would have made for a more comfortable sleep.
Overall, while the location was fantastic, addressing these maintenance and convenience issues would greatly improve the experience.
