L emplacement, l attention à l arrivée, une bouteille de vin, bouteilles d eau présence d huile, vinaigre, sel, poivre. La place de parking. La sympathie de l'hôte lors des échanges.
Un peu de bruit la nuit, certains font la fête, et ont du mal à rester discret. Mais avec les bouchons d oreille, c est impeccable.

La ubicación está bien. Muy cerca de la parada del tradicional tranvía 28. Y a un paseo de la plaza del comercio. Algo ruidoso por la noche, porque es una calle con mucho ambiente. Detalle de bienvenida agradable. Y la comunicación muy buena con el anfitrión, responde enseguida. Un plus es que tiene plaza de garaje incluida, y es de agradecer en esa zona y en una ciudad como Lisboa.
La cocina y el baño mejorables, al igual que las luces, poca iluminación, y alguna bombilla fundidas.

O apartamento é espaçoso e muito bom para uma estadia, fica bem localizado.
Por ser um apartamento virado.pra rua, a única coisa que incomodou foras as lixeiras em frente ao apartamento, especificamente a lixeira para garrafas de vidro pois o barulho é alto quando alguem joga as garrafas fora.
