We are a family of four, two adults and two teens. We stayed May 28th-June 1st 2024. Rosanna met us at the bottom of the stairs and walked us up to the apartment. There are three terrace levels. They do not have a hot tub. The washing machine works and they had laundry detergent and a drying rack. The air conditioning is good. They left us two toilet paper rolls for each bathroom and shampoo and a bar of soap and dishwashing detergent and soap for dishes. There is a very small market at the bottom of the stairs and to the left. A nice woman and her son own it. We were able to buy premade spaghetti and lasagna from them one evening. We bought a bottle of wine and bread and ate it in our Apartment. There is no microwave so she warmed it up at the store. This apartment is very quiet at night. The shower works good. Apartment was perfect for a family of four or two couples. They give you one pillow per person and an extra blanket. It was about 100 steps up to the upper road. There’s a restaurant up there and to the left with good prices. There is also a pastry shop two levels down that also sell great coffee. We would definitely stay here again! Rosanna was quick to respond when one of the electric breakers had turned off. She messaged us and told us how to turn back on. We enjoyed this area of Positano, we were away from all of the tourists but close enough to the beach. It was 533 steps down to the beach, but we are in our 40s. It was not too bad.

Although Positano itself is a gorgeous city. This Villa was not. We made Positano our last stop on our 2 week vacation to Italy. I wanted this Villa to be everything the pictures showed….great views. The views were good but the greenery around is very overgrown. The living room furniture was old and disarrayed. I ended up arranging the furniture the way it looks in the pictures. Also the outside tables and chairs were faded and dirty. And the patio and terrace could have been swept or hoses down. You save and pay for a trip and you want it to be everything. This place was disappointing. I just hope they update their pictures.
