About this house rental
Near Ella house there are several excellent restaurants, some bars where you can enjoy a drink and some delicious food, groceries and all kind of shops.
The nearest beaches are at walking distance. You can reach it ( Fornillo or Big beach ) by climbing down a mix of pedestrian and down stairs by less then 10 minutes (600/800 meters – 660/880 yds).
You will reach the house of Ella walking on the road without stairs, the door entrance is on the road, accessible to wheelchairs.
You will not need a car to stay at the House of Ella. If you have one, you will be able to park it in a public parking lot, at 100 meters near
The House of Ella it is part of a private houses. There are other two houses together with the owner house that will be at your complete disposal ( at 20 meters near it) for any assistance during your stay.
THE TERRACE is equipped with a table with Large Umbrella, chairs and sun chairs. The terrace faces on the sea.
THE LIVING ROOM is sunny and bright. It is equipped with a sofa bed where can sleep 2 adults, a table with 8 chairs, a TV led 32", air conditioning and winter heating. You will access the living room from the door entrance.
THE KITCHEN AREA it is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a refrigerator with freezer, an electric oven, an microwawe, an dish washer and a washing machine. You will reach the kitchen from the diniing room.
THE DINING AREA it is equipped with a table with 8 chairs, the large windows faces on the sea.
THE two bathrooms has the shower, an sink, an bidet and the WC. You will access the bathroom from the living room.

We loved our stay at this villa in Positano. We had lots of room to spread out and enjoyed early morning cups of coffee on the veranda watching the city come alive. The villa is so close to so many great restaurants which we loved. We went up the many stairs to grab groceries for our stay but enjoyed the view from the top. Gaetano was a wonderful host - he helped set up transport from the airport and welcomed us upon arrival. There was even coffee, cornflakes, and milk available so we didn't have to immediately run out to purchase items for breakfast. We always used the stairs but if you wanted you could take the bus back to the property. Our family spent 8-night here and enjoyed every minute of our time away.

Wonderful villa! We stayed for 10 days as we explored the Amalfi coast. The apartment is well located and nicely appointed. The hosts are gracious and very helpful. The views are amazing and the apartment is just a described and pictured!!

Loved the place!!!! Very clean and comfortable 2 BR 2 bathroom villa with EXPANSIVE sea views. Terrace was very big 2/3 sheltered 1/3 uncovered and was a favorite hangout for us for breakfast and evening glass of wine. Communication was excellent with quick replies throughout booking to leaving. We absolutely loved the location perched high up (552 steps) from beach. There is a nearby bus stop for those who are less inclined for exercise but we walked everywhere and closed all of our Apple Watch rings by 9:30am. If you arrive to Positano by ferry believe the owner when he strongly recommends using a porter (baggage service) to haul up your suitcases. Villa was very well equipped with even some international outlet adapters. Would come back here in a heartbeat. Just an awesome week!!!!

I rented this property for my daughter and her friend to have a weekend getaway, so believe me when I say I did my research on this and all other nearby properties before deciding to go with Ella’s House and am glad I did.
The property managers Barbara and Gaetano were very pleasant and answered all of my daughter’s questions prior to her trip as well as made sure she had exact directions and contact information for arrival.
My daughter had a great time and had nothing but great things to say about her stay, how comfortable it was, the large windows and gorgeous views, and best of all, the big terrace that she loved spending time in. She loved it! Thanks Ella’s House!
