The apartment is fine, very clean and with beaty furniture, you can tell the owners put their best into decoration and comfort in order to compensate the hard stairs path to arrive there
The owners doesn’t know how to guide your entrance to tbe apartment that is very difficult: You have to take a bus from port to Il Formillo Restaurant, that is where the PDF with the directions of the owners begans, and will save you a lot of climbing. It will be important and honest to put in the description that the guest has to climb 178 stairs no matter what, because it is not a place for every person. No persons with dissabilities, no age persons, no people with babies, no adults in bad shape. That way the guest can search for other options in Positano near to the Viale or the port

There is an apartment above which can be loud of a night time if you’re in the back bedroom
Due to the structure there can be excess moisture also impacting the back bedroom. Some instructions on using the aircon remote on dry functionality may help (we knew about this because we live in Qld which is tropical but our friends from the UK didn’t)

Ce logement est littéralement parfait : magnifique, avec une vue incroyable, et d’une propreté irréprochable ! Tout est pensé pour que l’on passe de bonnes vacances. Le propriétaire est adorable, et Chiara, qui s’est occupée de notre réservation, a été totalement disponible, à l’écoute et de très bon conseil, à tout moment et pour n’importe quelle demande. Je recommande vivement cette expérience, qui vous fera passer de magnifiques vacances !

Beds were comfortable. It was clean and tidy and met our basic needs. It had nice views from two windows.
Too far away from centre of Positano for us. No balcony or outside area to sit. We don’t mind stairs, but due to the distance away we had way too many. Our friends were staying at another place in Positano, much closer, beautiful views and two lovely outside balconies. We hung out with them mostly, on their beautiful balconies as felt trapped inside in our villa and so far away. No welcome pack. Way too expensive for what it was and where it was.
