The property had a lovely vibe and was spacious and comfortable. Was great that it had Air conditioning and double locks on the windows.

The bathroom shower door wasn’t very good and it had water damage on the walls, so the bathroom didn’t feel as clean as it could have. The kitchen toaster also didn’t work which was a shame.

It had a elevator! Even for 1 flight of stairs, this matters when you have lagguage. The host were nice, easy to follow instructions for self-check in. Spacious place and awesome bed !

The apartment was spacious and bright. The bed was comfortable and the interior was lovely. It was in a good location which was close enough to walk to different destinations.

Our check in was for 4pm but when we arrived at 4:30pm, the apartment was still not ready for check in. Due to this we didn’t get to go into the apartment until roughly 5pm which wasn’t ideal since we had arrived in Lisbon on an early flight. I think this was down to a miscommunication error on the hotels management end and not the fault of the cleaners who were lovely and kind to us. Another issue we had was we were given the wrong code to get into the apartment. We were let in by the cleaners so we hadn’t noticed until we had planned to leave for dinner. The companies WhatsApp is unavailable after 5pm so we found it difficult to get in contact. We ended up missing our dinner reservation because of this. Another thing to note was the shower didn’t drain properly so every time we had a shower it flooded the bathroom. This has clearly been an ongoing issue because the bottom of the wall is rotting and moldy.
