Steve and Michelle were very friendly the folder of places to go and see was great for information as I didn't know the local area. The breakfast was a great addition for the price point. The room was clean and tidy.
Nothing the stay was better than expected for the price and I would stay here again

We got excellent sleep and enjoyed a first-class breakfast on each day of our stay.

The room and the bathroom were very clean. (But please note that the private bathroom that belongs to the room "Garden View" is in the corridor and not in the room, so you have to cross the corridor in the house everytime).
The entire house is poorly soundproofed, so guests have no privacy, you hear everything. The breakfast is listed as "superb" on booking.com. However, it is very very simple. Overall we did not find the price-performance ratio to be fair.
