Very clean, cozy and easy to understand facilities. We were shown how to work everything and made to feel very welcome

Perfect location, clean comfortable chalet and warm, friendly hosts.

The chalet was very comfortable, private and spotlessly clean. Marion and Ash were really welcoming and so helpful. We cannot state enough how perfect the location was for exploring this beautiful part of Cornwall. St Ives, Carbis Bay, Gweek seal sanctuary, the Lost Gardens of Heligan, Land’s End, the Lizard - all within easy reach by car.

A perfect cabin for a visit to Cornwall

Ashley and his family were lovely and welcoming when we arrived. They gave us lots of recommendations on places to visit and local spots where they go eat too. We choose this cabin as an our base to stay at whilst visiting various parts of Cornwall for 5 days. Location wise it’s perfect as it was a short drive to any destination. The cabin had everything we needed for our stay and the bed was very comfy too. They even had a fan as we were lucky with the weather. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to all

Fantastic hosts, cabin had every facility and if in the area we would definitely stay again.

Everything you needed was in the property, very friendly and accommodating owners Ash and Marion. Nice touches like fresh milk in fridge and lovely local biscuits. Very safe environment ideal for a solo traveller as well as couples. Exceptionally clean, bright and welcoming. Parking was also available.

Difficult to find anything to put here, maybe some people would see the location of the cabin in someone’s garden as a negative, but personally although this was not what we were expecting from the description, it was surprisingly peaceful and their garden was lovely.

Perfect cosy home from home.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful cottage! It was spotless, cosy, and had everything we needed, including thoughtful touches like tea, coffee, and Cornish treats. The garden was peaceful and private, and the bed was super comfy. The location was perfect, quiet and relaxing, but just a short drive to beaches, walks, and great local pubs. Everything was well looked after, and it felt like a real home away from home. Highly recommend and would definitely return!

Exceptionally kind hosts, accomodation is clean and comfortable with all the facilities you need.

In depth instructions sent a couple of days before arrival so felt confident and secure about access. The hosts also met us on arrival and showed us around, very kind and approachable. Bedding and towels extremely soft and comfortable and shower nice and hot. WiFi, iron, cooking facilities made our stay really homely. Unfortunately the weather put an end to our plans so we popped to Tesco round the corner and dined in. The kitchenette had everything we needed to make dinner and snuggle on the sofa for a lazy evening in front of the tv. If we are in the area again I would happily return!

A perfectly appointed small space run by friendly hosts.

Friendliness of hosts who went out of their way to make us welcome. Very well appointed small space. Attention to details and comfortable bed. Immaculate small bathroom. Although on a main street the cabin was private and secure behind a locked gate. It was warm &cosy on a cold rainy day when a good TV was appreciated.

Cosy cabin with all amenities you would need for a short stay. Perfect location for us as we were visiting family in the area and gave us easy access to the local area. Wonderful friendly hosts, very attentive, and on hand should we have needed any help or advice.

Great accommodation and lovely hosts. Everything was straightforward & it was good value for money.

Although the property is close to the centre of Camborne, the chalet is at the far end of the garden. Local beaches are close at hand and there is easy access to St Ives and other towns.

Lovely Cabin and lovely hosts

The helpfulness and friendliness of the hosts Ash and Marion who made us feel at home. The property was entered by through a secure door at the side of the hosts house and is located in a secure and pleasant walled garden. We like to attend church on Sundays and found a welcome at the friendly Elim church in walking distance from the property There is also a Tesco store a few minutes away.

Nothing that my wife and I did not like. Guests should be aware that there is a hotplate for the compact kitchen area but no oven, which we did not find a problem. The kitchen facilities were fine for our breakfast and snacks because we ate out for our main meals.

Location was great as we stayed fairly close to members of family we were visiting. There are plenty of shopping near by so all in all very good. Would definitely book again as very clean chalet and Ashley & Marion put on a welcome package.Thank you both..
