La posizione, vista lago, parcheggio, la possibilità di usare la lavatrice, flessibilità check-in/check out
La casa è evidentemente stata ristrutturata da poco ma, almeno durante il nostro soggiorno (agosto 2025, appartamento 1), molte finiture interne non erano ancora state completate o curate. Qualche esempio: placchette delle prese elettriche installate su intonaco scrostato, porta finestra che non si apre completamente e balcone non illuminato, persiane che non si possono bloccare (nonostante un avviso posto all'ingresso inviti a farlo), mostre delle porte sporche di fissante, porta asciugamani traballante… Purtroppo questi e altri dettagli emersi durante la permanenza hanno dato un’impressione di trascuratezza, in contrasto con l’aspetto curato del condominio e del contesto circostante. Piccoli interventi facilmente risolvibili, che mi spiace dire denotano scarsa attenzione verso l'ospite
