Ma noi tutto sommato l’abbiamo trovata un esperienza positiva.. con qualche cosa da migliorare.

Vista lago, parcheggio e ho trovato che ci fosse l’essenziale per una o due notti.

Il divano letto è scomodo, manca un microonde,e il bagno fa odore.

La posizione, vista lago, parcheggio, la possibilità di usare la lavatrice, flessibilità check-in/check out

La casa è evidentemente stata ristrutturata da poco ma, almeno durante il nostro soggiorno (agosto 2025, appartamento 1), molte finiture interne non erano ancora state completate o curate. Qualche esempio: placchette delle prese elettriche installate su intonaco scrostato, porta finestra che non si apre completamente e balcone non illuminato, persiane che non si possono bloccare (nonostante un avviso posto all'ingresso inviti a farlo), mostre delle porte sporche di fissante, porta asciugamani traballante… Purtroppo questi e altri dettagli emersi durante la permanenza hanno dato un’impressione di trascuratezza, in contrasto con l’aspetto curato del condominio e del contesto circostante. Piccoli interventi facilmente risolvibili, che mi spiace dire denotano scarsa attenzione verso l'ospite

Krásný výhled. Dostupnost, flexibilita - rychlá možnost ubytování když vám jiné selže.

Označení byt č.1 a 2 je až za dveřmi, takže když se vejde a máme jít do bytu 2, není z chodby jasné, který to je. Nový krásný byt - ale naprosto tragické zpracování detailů. Řemeslník odvedl špatně svoji práci (dveře, omítky, těsnění ve sprch. koutě, obraz za saunou atd.)

Un soggiorno perfetto: tutto impeccabile!

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso presso Dolomia Gioele, ed è stato tutto oltre le aspettative! Marco è stato estremamente gentile, disponibile e attento a ogni nostra esigenza ancor prima del nostro arrivo, fornendoci le informazioni di cui avevamo bisogno pre partenza e, sotto sua indicazione, abbiamo fatto il check in online. Il che ha facilitato il tutto e appena arrivati ci ha accolto e consegnato le chiavi. L’appartamento era pulitissimo, arredato con grande gusto e dotato di ogni comfort necessario per rendere il soggiorno rilassante e piacevole. Il letto era comodissimo, la biancheria di ottima qualità, e la cucina perfettamente attrezzata per preparare qualsiasi pasto (abbiamo mangiato in casa più di una volta). Abbiamo anche apprezzato molto il Wi-Fi veloce e gli elettrodomestici moderni e funzionali. La posizione è ideale: situato in una zona tranquilla ma a pochi passi dal centro di Molveno, è perfetta per esplorare il paesino e il lago senza bisogno di lunghi spostamenti. Inoltre, nelle vicinanze ci sono ottimi ristoranti, supermercati e mezzi pubblici per raggiungere le piste ad Andalo, il che ha reso tutto ancora più comodo senza dover impazzire su per trovare parcheggio (che si riempie subito). Un grande valore aggiunto è stata l’attenzione ai dettagli e la cura con cui l’appartamento è mantenuto. Si vede che chi lo gestisce ci mette passione e dedizione per garantire agli ospiti un’esperienza impeccabile. Consigliatissimo per chi cerca comfort, pulizia e un'ospitalità eccellente. Grazie di tutto!
