Free parking offered near the lake, because the property is not so close to it and quite uphill.

Walking to the lake can be quite a challenge considering that it is positioned on the hill and quite far from the lake.

Not that good for this money, but still acceptable. If beds were be better, I wouldn't complain.

Kitchen and fridge in the room

Beds, they can barely survive under you, they shake a lot and I was afraid of any turn during the night. This is so awful. Basically bed and dush are the only things I really needed but the bed was bad. Dush required 15 mins running to get it warm... The sofa is too soft and not flat... quite hard to sleep there as well. They didn't warn us that towels are not included. But the owner, in the end, provided it for free, But wanted additional 5 euro for renting. First time saw that. The owner doesn't accept cards Bike storage is not secure at all, but the place itself is quite quiet, I didn't worry about my bike much The garage was full and the only available place to park was quite difficult to reach with normal size car. still no big deal for me, but can be a problem for somebody. Note for owner: Beds are the weakest place, just replace them with stable ones and everything else is not a problem at all.

De vriendelijke en behulpzame gastheer. De prijs-kwaliteit-verhouding en het feit dat het in Molveno is. De bedden lagen goed.

De verlichting en niet te ventileren badkamer.

Molveno prachtig, het appartement zwaar klote.

Weinig als ik dan toch wat moet noemen de parkeergelegenheid.

Eigenlijk alles. Bij aankomst was het appartement en de vooroorlogse koelkast echt niet schoon deze viel net als de keuken bijna van elkende uit elkaar. De schoonmaaksters waren achter het toilet en onder de bedden voor het gemak de laatste jaren maar gestopt met de schoonmaak. Water tijdens het douchen in de mini cabine liep bija niet weg. En dan de doorgezakte bedden als je hier niet met rugproblemen aankwam dan vertrok je er zeker mee. Dit appartement had zeker 10 jaar geleden gerenoveerd moeten worden en voldoet niet aan de standaard van deze tijd.

Comodo appoggio per raggiungere sia Molveno che Andalo

Il ragazzo che ci lavora, riservato ma disponibile e con il sorriso, la comodità della lavastoviglie e lavatrice/asciugatrice anche se in comune con gli altri ospiti, il giardinetto grazioso esterno, la disponibilità del lettino per bambini su richiesta.

La pulizia da rivedere (molte ragnatele in tutte le stanze)i lenzuoli macchiati di candeggina e rattoppati, filtro lavastoviglie sporco, porte da pulire, attaccapanni inutilizzabile sopra il frigo
