We were in February 2020 in 3 families. When booking, I pointed out that we would come in 3 cars. However, there were only 2 places, with a very steep and narrow entrance. Other cars had to be parked 300 meters away in the underground garage. One bed was damaged, but the owner didn't care. The discussion was very unpleasant and pretentious from the owner side, who withdrew from the oral declaration, which he submitted that he would not charge us an additional fee for bedding and towels. In the explanatory memorandum, he gave the reason that we came in 13, not 7 people. It was embarrassing because we booked apartments for 12 people (4-person, 3-person and 5-person apartment) and the arrival with one additional person was agreed with the owner before our arrival. Unfortunately, the same day the gas in the building ran out. After replacing the cylinder, it smelled of gas in all three apartments all night. The night was a nightmare for us. Still returning to the bedding, for which we were charged a fee contrary to previous arrangements, it was only a sheet and blanket. One could only dream of a quilt. There was also no ventilation in the kitchen (there was only a dummy fan above the stoves). A real fan was in the room above the bedroom door. The room was saturated with the smell of food.
