Precioso apartamento en el centro de Granada

La ubicación, el ambiente del sector, la vista a la Alhambra, la distribución del apartamento y los electrodomésticos de la cocina estaban en muy buen estado.

Los muebles del comedor estaban muy deteriorados, con los asientos sucios; había humedad en el techo de uno de los baños y la tubería del calentador tenía una fuga constante que requería colocar un recipiente para recolectar el agua de la gotera y evitar un charco en la cocina.

La panoramica es fabulosa la ubicacion es inmejorable, los anfitriobes muy amables nos ayudaron con el guardamaletas muy cerca. Una tienda de conveniencia en los bajos del edificio Una cocina hermosa limpia y amplia.

Creo que el mobiliario esta descuidado y roto, es un lugar con un gran potencial. Creo que es facilmente superable

Location was great and views along Plaza Nuevo and across to the Alhambra were fantastic.

Photos on booking.com of the sofa, dining table and chairs and bed are misleading. They are shown looking brand new but they are far from it - the chair covers are cracked and torn as is the bed base (although the mattress was comfortable). The sofa was covered in various throws to hide the stains/dirt. The boiler worked fine but was leaking and had a saucepan underneath it to catch drips which we had to empty otherwise the cupboard and kitchen floor would have flooded. Part of the bathroom ceiling was damaged and hanging down All brought to the attention of the host on our first day and comments were to be passed on by the agent but we heard nothing back and still haven’t over a week later.
