Location was excellent, very central. The flat was clean, and the air conditioner was very effective. Kitchen facility was good enough to cook proper lunch (buying fish from the market, etc). The interior was typical Granada style, with wood and white walls, which was very pleasant. I think the place was perfect for one person, it felt quite spacious.
I think there was something wrong with the lockbox, it took me a while to open to get the key, and I could not open it at all when I tried to leave the key (so I had to call and tell them I leave the key inside). The staircase was very narrow so it might be difficult if you have a heavy or big suitcase. The bathroom was clean but very small, so a big person might feel uncomfortable to squeeze into the shower.

Hervorragende Lage, großzügige Räumlichkeit, eine funktionierende Klimaanlage ließen uns hier bequem und entspannt übernachten bzw. wohnen. Die Ausstattung war bis auf ein Detail (s.u.) ebenfalls vollständig (inklusive Waschmittel). Hinzu kommt der sehr niedrige Preis, den wir für diese schöne Unterkunft entrichten mussten. Unsere Nachtruhe war ungestört.
Ein kleines Ausstattungsmanko sollte erwähnt werden. Warum keine Weingläser? :)
Was uns nicht so gefallen hat, war eine gewisse Sturheit, mit der sich gegen ein früheres Einchecken (vor 16h) gestemmt wurde, obwohl die Unterkunft schon bereit war.
