This charming apartment with high ceilings and large windows, located on the pedestrianized Calle Colcha at the corner of Reyes Católicos, is the perfect place for your stay in Granada. Surrounded by shops, businesses, bars, and restaurants where you can enjoy the magnificent Granada cuisine, the apartment features four small balconies overlooking Calle Colcha, offering views of the city.
The apartment includes a spacious, bright living room with a dining table and comfortable chairs, as well as a 1.35-meter sofa bed, allowing up to 4 guests. The fully furnished kitchen is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay. The bedroom has a built-in wardrobe and a double bed (1.50 x 1.90 m), offering a perfect space to relax. The bathroom is fully equipped with a bathtub for your convenience.
With a prime location in the city center, this apartment is just a short walk from the Cathedral and only a pleasant stroll away from the Albaicín and the Alhambra, two of Granada’s main attractions. Additionally, it is well connected with public transportation, making it easy to explore the city.

Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Hos t was very nice and helpfull. Quickly answering questions.The only problem was the heating. It was cold during our stay and the airco didn’ t get warm enough.

If you’re looking for less touristed section with romantic alleyway restaurants with fabulous food in walking distance. This is the stay. Our host was seamless with helping us with our arrival and noise level was low.

It's a 3 star property with a bad bathroom and below average cleanliness. Great communication with the host though. The bathrooom was very dirty, smelled bad, and there's no shower curtain or door. Bad showerhead. The water runs right onto the floor making a large mess. Runs out of hot water quickly. The shelves have fallen off. Main door to building was rarely locked.
