Safari Beach Hotel

Great resort in Diani Beach, with private access to the wonderful white beach. The resort has rooms located in many small buildings surrounded by a wonderful garden, where you will see monkeys everyday (they are not dangerous). All the staff is very friendly and polite and ready to assist you for every need. A special thanks to Mr. Joanes (who planned different tours for us at very convenient prices - Kongo River sunset tour, Wasini Island and Kisite Mpunguti Marine Park tour, Shimba Hills game drive with hike up to the waterfalls), Mr. Ian (who cared about the resort sport and leisure activities) and to Tabitha and the pool security guard (they were always ready to help us providing sunbeds and towels). Furthermore, the security guards always take care of the guests and you can really enjoy your holiday.

Bathrooms are quite old and should be renovated. This doesnt change the overall (excellent) review on this resort.

Our room was very nice and clean, but the bathroom, though also very clean, would benefit from a renovation.

The hotel was vast but had no crowding. I loved the accessibility.

The open areas are great, pool, bar, restaurant, beach access. Bar staff great! Mary from the breakfast restaurant and Johannes, the guest relationship manager as well great, friendly, attentive

The bathroom needs a total make-over. Non functioning tub, tap at sink. Leaking loo. Cleaning staff below standard. 1 day the room was not made at all, the next day we had to ask for towels 4 times and still did not get them all but only half of them. Bedlinnen clean but threadbare, needs replacement. Also towels way to old and used; greyish colour, not white any more. In general too many things out of stock, starting from not availability of pool towels, to random missing items at breakfast like cups and glasses. And non availability of food advertised on the menu
