the location is good but more visibility required at night. Provide also some refreshments for guest at the point of arrival. in the short stay room provide tea leaves, sugar, coffee or cocoa at extra price.
tv not working, fridge needs replacement, the water dispenser serves only hot water, insects crawling in to the rooms on wet/ rainy days.
-There is no hot shower
-The access road needs to be cleared off all the bushes( visibility at night)

I liked how the staff were warm and welcoming,also during the stay they made everything super accessible without struggle. They were all friendly... especially Najma and Colleta whom we interacted alot with.
Maybe correct whatever is in the booking app to avoid future confusion ....but above all...everything was superb!!. But I'm glad they helped to explain where you felt confused.
