Sunshine Cove is just a quick kayak or boat ride to beautiful, all-sports East Twin Lake! We provide 2 kayaks for guests to use, or there is a boat slip to tie up to! The house has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and all bed linens and towels are provided. Kitchen is supplied with most essentials and paper products are supplied. The outdoor space includes a large yard, fire pit, and a grill.
Cable television is not provided, but there is a smart TV for guests to use any streaming services they may have.
Check-in: 4pm
Check-out: 10am
A 4 digit code will be sent out the day before check-in and that is how you will enter the house.
There is a $50 cancellation fee that will be taken from the security deposit.

I would give this property a12/10. It appears newly remodeled. Clearly well cared for. There were six adults in our group and each couple had their own bedroom (with queen size bed) and own bathroom. We had a boat and a jet ski and there was plenty of parking plus easy access to the lake

The location of the property was great as we rented a pontoon boat for 2 days and being able to keep it at the house was great. Walking distance to the grocery store was another great benefit. Thank you.

We were coming for a quick weekend away and had a little boat that was perfect to park out front. We were gone most of the day to a birthday party but would definitely come back again to enjoy longer.
Everything is very fresh and clean and all conveniences were included.
May suggest an ice maker for an added bonus.
