Older property, very well kept and stocked. Excellent access to the beach. Very quiet area with sufficient amenities. Desk staff very helpful. I have stayed at the Inn multiple occasions, it never disappoints.

Really happy with 311. Great location! Loved the big tub, condo was very clean, beautiful view, friendly people, beach was not crowded at all
