Wir haben diese Wohnung für unseren Aufenthalt in Rom und Umgebung Küste gebucht. Schlüssel und die genauen Infos vom Vermieter waren mit Bildern genau definiert. Beschreibung und Fotos sind Identisch mit der Realität. Eine tolle, saubere Wohnung, es war alles vorhanden was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt. Bequeme Betten. Klimaanlage war sehr angenehm bei 44°C im August. Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus an der Straße aber ohne Probleme und mehr als genug Platz. Fußläufig ein super Restaurant.
Mülleimer direkt an der Terasse, die wir dann nicht genutzt haben.

Perfecto para dejar el coche y relajarte, lejos del centro para poder desconectar. Con buena terraza, completo en cocina. Persona muy amable, y trato genial. Dispone de aire acondicionado y las camas son muy cómodas. La verdad que es un sitio muy bueno para conocer Roma.
Faltaba lavadora para poder lavar la ropa después de unos días.

Bel appartement, on avait des valises lourdes ,merci pour les escaliers. Propreté et emplacement très bien.
Les deux petits lits dans une chambre pas du tout confortable. C'est pas pour des adultes,mais pour des enfants.

Really great value and almost perfect apartment for a group of friends! It had almost everything you would need for a short stay. It's also located in a quiet neighbourhood which is nice (except dogs barking here and there sometimes). It's located quite further out from the city centre, but there is a bus stop nearby that you can hop onto to get into the city. The owner responds to your inquiries almost instantly. They provided us with a code to collect the keys from a keysafe, so time was quite flexible to collect them as we arrived quite later than planned. The owners also provided us with basic necessities such as towels, toiletries, cooking ingredients (oils, seasonings, etc.) which we really appreciate. The apartment also has air conditioning, which is nice after a hot day outside.
There was no wifi, so make sure you have a good data roaming plan on your mobile phones. There is also no washing machine/dryer in the apartment, which was quite inconvenient as our clothes were soaking wet and dirty due to the heavy rain. The buses to the city centre are not consistent. Sometimes they arrive earlier or much later than scheduled (talking about half an hour delays or more). It's something to keep in mind when planning your trip. It won't be an issue if you are driving.
