Good location. Well equipped. Clean

The check in process was the absolute worst that I have ever experienced, to the point that I will never use Booking.com again. We received erroneous information about what entrance to use at the building. We arranged to arrive at 3:00pm and all parties agreed with that time. When we arrived the keys were not there. We notified Booking.com and the response was “We will respond in 48 hours.” We the. Contacted the local staff and they made arrangements to drop off the keys. However, in the meantime our reservation was automatically cancelled by Booking.com and we were informed that we would need to contact their Canadian office. We did so but the agent was unhelpful, not empathetic to our situation and rude. We had to rebook the property. To make matters, we were recently informed that unauthorized third parties may have gained access to our personal information. A disastrous experience and I will be sure to never do a booking again through this company.

La ubicación, tenía cerca muchos comercios y buena comunicación de carretera para coger el coche

Para mí ,le faltaba tener Parking que aunque si dabas un par de vueltas acababas encontrando sitio

La altura, mucha luz. Todo muy bien. Las almohada fue lo que no me gustó. Unas muy bajitas y otras muy altas y duras. Y el horno, no era ni microonda ni horno. Era una mezcla que al final ni una cosa ni otra. Por todo lo demás, muy recomendable
