Es comodísima y cuenta con todos los electrodomésticos, cinta de correr, una terraza acristalada maravillosa con mobiliario cómodo donde pasar momentos muy agradables contemplando las vistas. Tanto la casa como el edificio disponen de mesa de escritorio, perfecta para teletrabajar y está próximo a los principales centros comerciales como Meridiano y El Corte Inglés.
