This is a nice apartment, well equipped, in a residential area - and that's the key. In the apartment above us someone got up for work at 7am every morning and clonked around above our heads for 45 minutes. Then at 8am the apt next door started renovations, banging and drilling.
Although there is a large pool, there is not a single sun lounger or even chair in the vicinity, which makes it unusable.
So even though it's a nice apartment, it's not a relaxing place to stay for a holiday/vacation.
The water pressure is awful, the shower is just a trickle.
I had to clean out the blocked filter for the washing machine as the first time I used it the water didn't drain away. You're welcome.

Mi estancia en este apartamento fue excelente. Desde el primer momento, la comunicación con el anfitrión fue muy fluida y amable. El apartamento estaba impecablemente limpio, bien equipado y muy cómodo. La ubicación es perfecta, cerca de todo lo necesario y en una zona tranquila. Me sentí como en casa durante toda mi estancia. Sin duda, lo recomendaría y volvería a hospedarme aquí en el futuro

tiene una buena ubicación, tiene lavandería, una buena televisión en la sala, la cocina, el elevador
el colchón es muy incómodo, el baño sumamente estrecho, y que no es fácil encontrar aparcamiento. no respetaron la hora de entrega de las llaves, me la cambiaron para las 3 de la tarde y llegó retrasada la persona que me las entregó.
