About this house rental
Townhome, both units owned by us. 2 bedroom. One master with queen bed and walk-in closet. Second bedroom with 2 full/double beds and spacious closet. Walking distance to beach, around 0.3 miles and same distance to boat ramp. Deep water public access boat ramps in neighborhood. Free parking for 2 cars. Fenced yard. Fully stocked kitchen with indoor and outdoor eating as well as a grill.
We do allow pets. Please keep pets off furniture and beds unless you bring covers to protect furniture and beds with you during your stay. There is a daily pet fee of $20/day for up to 2 pets.
There is a beach wagon with beach toys and chairs for guests to enjoy

This was our 4th time staying here, because the condo is a great size, is well-stocked with essentials, and allows large-breed dogs. The fenced-in backyard is great for the dogs, and the covered deck is great for the adults to sip morning tea! A 5-minute walk to the beach (with a beach wagon supplied) and excellent host communication rounds out why we keep returning.

This was our second time staying here and we intend to stay again in the future! The condo is well-suited to dogs and people. The backyard covered deck is lovely for morning coffee, and our dogs loved playing in the fenced-in yard. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, and the place is well-stocked with anything you may need. Owners were extremely responsive and helpful. Location is fantastic; just an easy quarter-mile to the beach, but you are in a quiet residential area.
