We are situated in a new and expanding resort-style development which offers peace and tranquility. All new furniture appoints this spacious three-bedroom (maximum occupancy of 6), two-bathroom unit (second floor, left - Unit 201) which sits with one of the most private views in the Antilles community. Marco Island and Naples area has a rich and dynamic history with amazing beaches and restaurants. Our temperate climate makes this the perfect location any time of the year.
Our community is a private gated entry, the 5-acre Kingfisher Lake, Triple-tier Fountains, and a linear park exercise trail with planned hydration stations along the way. Our community will eventually contain +200 newly constructed single-family coach homes and condos.
Antilles Naples also has an amazing clubhouse complete with 24/7 access to the fitness center, large infinity pool, jacuzzi, Tiki Hut, bocce and pickleball courts, and other amenities.
This property rents for a minimum of 1 month, however, multiple months are preferred.
There is a $200 resort fee required.

This is a very nice condo and very nicely decorated. It is centrally located between the everglades, Marco Island and Naples which made it a great place to explore southwest Florida from.
