About this villa rental
Vacation in the popular community of Fiddler's Creek - amenities galore! GOLF is NOT included in this rental. Fully furnished 3bdrm, 3 bath coach home that feels more like a single home at almost 2500sqft! Large lanai facing a lake, two car garage and dogs are welcome upon owner approval under 22lbs (per HOA).
Fully furnished and equipped - ready for your winter vacation. All leases must start with first of the month - if you need a lease to start on any other dates, please inquire.
We are UNABLE to book February only. Please inquire if February only is available. Otherwise the lease will have to start on January 1 or before.
$750 membership transfer fee and a separate HOA application fees of $150-300 are NOT included in the booking. We will send you an HOA application after your booking. Please note that HOA fees may change and owner or property manager are not responsible.
***We require a $500 per month additional security deposit for utilities that will be mailed along with membership transfer fees. It is refundable but we will charge anything over $150 for electric, over $100 for gas and $100 for water. So if your bill is $175, you will pay the $25 difference. If there are no overages, the full amount will be returned back to you.
